Barrel fermented Chardonnay

It is manufactured with 100% varietal Chardonnay. The clear and clean must is decanted into barrels to initiate fermentation. The 225 litre vats are in French and American oak of medium to high toasting. The wine will age for at least 7 months in contact with its lees by using the battonage method.

À-la-carte: It is delicious with rock fish. A natural match with poultry and white meat in butter sauces. Also worth trying with rice and pasta.

Tasting note: Yellow-gold colour. It has a clean appearance and a moderately aromatic drive in the nose. Elegant tones of reduction, evoking sensations of smoke and butter. Ample and smooth tones floating on an excellent structure. Complex and long finish with a luminous aftertaste.
