Bodegas Montcau trades an exclusive Cava Brut Nature, free from expedition liquor.

It is produced with the typical Penedés varieties: Macabeo, delivering a fine sweet fruited bouquet; Xarello, offering acidity and strength, and Parellada, with its delicate and floral flavours. The resulting Cuvée will rest in the cellar no less than 18 months.

Tasting note: Rima-ageing aromas prevail over a fruity background and some tones of herbs. Fresh yet dry, with a harmonious balance in the mouth. Good carbonic strength and an adequate persistence on the palate. The finish is long and clean.
